Drain bezel and plastic surround removed

Plug hole plastic surround

Plug hole plastic surround only 1.17mm thickness

Fitting 'hot staples' to secure plughole plastic surround to shower tray

Cut off staple tails

Sand off staple tails

Smooth staple tails

Sanded tails smoothed over with PU sealer

Sprayed and finished shower tray. Average polymer coating thickness 2mm.
